Debit Card/Checking Automatic Transactions Schedule (25-pack)


This is an important accessory to our looseleaf registers if you have set up any recurring automatic deposits to your account and/or have pre-authorized any businesses or organizations to receive payments periodically directly from your checking/debit card account. It is advised that you create a list of these transactions using these looseleaf schedules and insert them into your checkbook cover along with the looseleaf register sheets for the same account. Often, one sheet per account will suffice, as one sheet provides up to 18 entries (9 on each side). Be sure that when the date arrives for an automatic deposit or automatic payment that you enter the transaction into your register and update the balance accordingly. By keeping track of your automatic transactions using these schedules, you won't be blindsided by an automatic deposit or payment you'd otherwise forget about and wonder why your bank balance isn't what you thought it should be! Well, you probably would rarely forget about the deposits, but those automatic payments can take you by surprise without a tool like this! Having these schedules reminds you well in advance to verify that you have enough funds in your account to cover the automatic payments, and to verify that sufficient funds will remain in the account to cover outstanding checks and new debit card payments. These schedules are sold in packages of 25. They are two-hole punched for easy storage into a standard two hole binder using a standard size fastener (for your convenience, a fastener is provided free with a purchase of any loose-leaf register 100-pack).
